Mastery-Based + Individualized Tutoring
Cayala Learning Academy empowers students through a mastery-based + individualized tutoring methodology, leveraging Bloom's 2 Sigma approach to maximize the learning potential of each student.
Research shows that the combination of mastery learning and dedicated tutoring enables students to significantly outperform their peers in traditional classroom settings. By embracing this approach, we ensure that every student maintains a high level of achievement and a firm understanding of core concepts before progressing.
